The operator, and what can be checked about it

A purchasing agent and forwarder registered in Hong Kong, with a company number printed in its own footer. Here is what is verifiable, what is stated, and when another kind of service suits you better.

Type what you are after in English. What comes back is product cards, each pointing at one listing.

The counterparty

A name, a number and an address

The footer of the operator's own site names LOONGBUY TECHNOLOGY (HK) CO., LIMITED, company number 76689549, at an address in San Po Kong, Kowloon. The copyright line runs from 2012.

This is worth writing down for a reason that has nothing to do with flattery. A named legal entity with a number is checkable by anybody, in a public register, without an account. Most of what people argue about when they compare agents is not checkable at all.

What the service describes itself as is equally plain: a China shopping agent and international forwarding platform. You buy through it, or you ship goods you already bought to its warehouse for packing and onward delivery.

Due diligence

What any agent can be checked on before you trust it

Trusting an agent usefully is not a feeling. It is a short list of things that are either written down somewhere public or are not.

Each row is something a reader can verify without an account. Checked against the operator's published pages, captured 2026-10-10.
What to checkWhat this one publishes
A named legal operatorYes. Registered name, company number and address, in the site footer
What it says it isA shopping agent and forwarder. Explicit that it does not sell products itself
Who picks the sellerStated, and the answer is you
A written inspection scopeYes, including what inspection does not cover
A position on customsStated: truthful declaration and any duty are the user's
Fee structurePublished, including a zero service fee mode described as a mode
A contact route that is not only a formA contact page, plus social accounts listed in the footer

Note what is absent: speed, service quality, and whether a service has ever failed its users. Those are what people most want ranked, and there is no public record that would let anyone rank them honestly. Community covers reading other people's accounts without treating a thread as data.

Fit

Why LoongBuy, and the cases it handles badly

Written so that both halves are the same size. The second half is not a disclaimer; it is the reason to believe the first.

Suits

It suits buying from several sellers at once. The warehouse holds items while you add to the order, and inspection photographs arrive without being asked for.

It suits goods you can describe exactly. The service executes a link. If you know precisely what you want and can point at it, that is the whole job done well.

Does not suit

Choose differently if you need advice. Nothing in the service will tell you whether a seller is any good; the published position is that this is yours.

Choose differently for one urgent item. A consolidating warehouse earns its keep across several purchases. For a single thing you want quickly it adds a step and a wait.

Announcements

The official notices, and which ones change your costs

The home page carries three columns of dated notices: logistics updates, promotions, and announcements. The ones worth tracking are the first and third, because they change what a parcel costs or where it can go.

At the capture on 2026-10-10 the announcements column held a national day holiday notice from 23 September 2026, an anti-fraud notice from 27 April 2026 and a system upgrade notice from 21 March 2026. The logistics column carried a suspension affecting postal services to EU-27 countries, dated 29 June 2026.

Promotional entries are deliberately not summarised here. Updates lists what this site re-reads and on what cycle. If you have not opened an account yet, you can do that with the operator; that link carries this site's referral code, which is disclosed at the foot of every page.

Questions

About the operator rather than the catalogue

Is this site run by the agent?

No. It is independent, earns a commission on accounts opened through its links, and says so at the foot of every page. About sets out the whole arrangement.

Where is the warehouse?

The published material describes a warehouse in mainland China that receives both purchases and forwarded goods. The address is issued to users rather than published, and is not reproduced here.

Does it support the marketplace I want?

The platforms named in the FAQ are Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian and Xianyu, plus similar ones. The search field carries marketplace glyphs, which is the quickest way to see what it recognises today.

Can it buy something I have already paid for?

That is forwarding rather than purchasing: you ask the seller to ship to the warehouse and it is packed and sent on. It is a different service with different after-sales, which is worth reading on the operator's own pages before using it.
