The card and the listing disagree. Which kind of disagreement is it

Four endings, and only one of them is final. Say what you still have and what the listing shows now, and this works out whether the agent can still act on it and what to settle first.

Type what you are after in English. What comes back is product cards, each pointing at one listing.

Changed

Fix one thing first.

Only if you accept a different option, or the seller restocks.

  • Choose the colour and size you want, then confirm those options and the quantity on the LoongBuy order form before paying. A copied link may not preserve a selection.
  • Settle size from the listing's own measurements. Inspection checks the size marking against the order; it does not check whether the size deviates.
  • Write anything conditional into the order message. Check that the order form and message contain those details before paying.

Order message: I need the exact variant selected on this order. If it is out of stock, ask me before substituting.

An unpurchased order can still be cancelled. Once the agent has bought, cancelling is the seller's decision.

The four inputs are the ones the operator's own search field accepts: its placeholder reads product link or name, store link, and there is a camera button at the end of it. The rest comes from the published rule that the agent buys from the link you provide.

If it comes back with nothing to paste, do not start from a cold search. Go back to the catalogue for the same category, and read how to judge the shop before you commit to a replacement.

The loaded case is the common one: a full link whose colour or size has sold out. It is the case where the wrong move is tempting, because the listing is right there and ordering it feels like progress.

If you would rather read the reasoning than click: everything below is the same rule written out.

Four endings

Only the first one is final

A card stops matching in one of four ways, and they are not equally serious. Gone means the listing was taken down: there is no address, so there is nothing for the agent to buy from. Moved means the same seller re-listed the same thing at a new address, which is recoverable in about a minute. Changed means the listing is there and something about it is different, usually the price or the sizes in stock. Still there is the case everyone assumes they are in.

The distinction matters because three of the four are decisions rather than failures, and all three are cheaper to make before the agent buys than after.

The hinge

One step changes who gets to decide

There is a point in the chain where the cost of being wrong jumps, and it is not where people expect. It is not the paste. It is the purchase.

Before the agent buys, an unpurchased order can usually be cancelled and the amount comes back under the platform's rules. After, the agent has to go to the seller, and whether it can be cancelled, returned or refunded depends on the seller's policy and the situation.

That is the whole reason this page exists. Everything it asks you to check costs a minute on the near side of that step and a negotiation on the far side.

If the answer turns out to be that there is nothing left to paste, start again from the catalogue rather than from a cold search.

The expensive mistake

Taking the near match because it is there

When a listing has sold out of your size, the seller usually has something close: the same shoe a half size up, the same jacket in a colour you did not pick. Ordering it is one click and feels like salvaging the trip.

It is the worst available move, for a reason that is specific rather than moral. Inspection at the warehouse checks the style, colour, quantity, size marking and model against your order. If your order says the near match, the near match passes inspection. Nothing downstream will flag it, because nothing downstream knows what you actually wanted.

So a substitution is not caught later. It is accepted later. What inspection does and does not settle goes through the rest of that boundary.

Choose what to do with a substitute before authorising it

If a seller offers a different colour or version after the original becomes unavailable, treat it as a changed purchase. Compare the replacement’s option, quantity, price and return conditions, and ask for a clear listing or written specification. A similar photograph is not enough to update the order by implication.

Decide what matters most: the exact variant, the budget or the timing. If the exact variant is essential, ask the agent to confirm availability rather than accepting the closest image. If you accept a substitute, record the changed specification so the warehouse has the right reference when it arrives.

Keep any additional payment or cancellation discussion inside the order’s current support and payment flow. The local helper classifies the disagreement; it does not contact the seller, place a replacement order or authorise a charge.

Questions

About the answer it just gave

The listing is gone. Is the item gone?

Usually not. Sellers re-list constantly, and a removed listing most often means a changed price, a new photograph or a stock reset. Look inside the shop before starting the search again, which is why a store link is worth keeping.

Can the agent find it for me?

No, and the published position is explicit: the service does not sell products, and you find the link and submit it. Which seller to use is described as your judgement to make.

The price is higher than the card said. What happens if I paste it?

You are agreeing to the price on the listing. The card's number is not part of the order and nothing reconciles the two later.

Is any of this stored?

No. The check runs in the page, keeps nothing and sends nothing. There are no accounts on this site.
